We offer the Quality Improvement System capacity building and verification . We organize ourselves collaboratively to find city wide solutions to promote child well being.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How long has your Organisation been operational?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since 2004.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In your opinion, what has been the most challenging aspect of running your Organisation?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The constantly changing social environment &#8211; keeping our structure flexible and adaptable to accommodate this . If yes, would you like to mention them?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes with 92 NGOs who are affiliated to us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you had one Organisation wish, what would it be?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To not worry about how to pay the bills, this would happen if NGOs were better profiled and respected as peers with government and business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In your opinion, which skills do Nonprofits in your Country lack?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Good governance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Looking back at your Cause Journey, what advice would you give a newbie Organisation?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Make sure you have the right people , with the right heart and the right skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you could change one thing about the Nonprofit Landscape, what would it be?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That NGOs would be recognized as equal role players in developments and not as charities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which Cause achievement are you most proud of? Because we took the risk when we piloted it , we worked hard to co develop it , pressed in to make it successful now we can see the results .
