NOSH Food Rescue NPC (NOSH) aims to reduce food insecurity, by diverting, re-purposing, and redistributing prepared and perishable surplus food that is still wholesome and nutritious, to where it is needed most. NOSH is one of the founders of Chefs With Compassion NPC, which harnesses chefs and restaurants to cook rescued and surplus food into nutritious meals for a wide network of beneficiary organisations across South Africa.<\/p>\n
