At Yabonga Children’s Project, we believe in empowering children and youth facing adversity due to socio-economic challenges and the impact of HIV/AIDS. Since 1998, we’ve been working in Crossroads and Khayelitsha, supporting over 1,500 children daily with psychosocial, educational, and nutritional programs.

Our two branded Nissan NP200 bakkies have served us well but are now in urgent need of replacement. These vehicles are the lifeline of our operations—delivering food and supplies to community homes that care for our children.

Our respite care programme offers safety and support for abused children referred by social workers, providing them with a nurturing environment for six weeks.

3. Children’s Programme: Holistic Support for 1,500 Kids
Through our 20 community mothers, we support children aged 6–16 with daily psychosocial, educational, and nutritional care.
